2024年是“一带一路”倡议“下一个金色十年”的崭新起点，也是高质量共建“一带一路”八项行动的重要节点。推动科技创新作为“八项行动”的关键内容，为通用人工智能时代下世界各国现代化发展带来无限可能，为一带一路可持续发展目标实现注入强劲动能。

为此，中国人工智能学会联合IEEE China Council主办《2024 IEEE“一带一路”人工智能可持续发展大会》，携手打造国际化交流平台，构建全球性共创模式，为一带一路高质量、可持续发展凝共识、集众智、聚合力、谋未来。

大会将于2024年6月23-24日在中国杭州举办，邀请国内外“一带一路”相关国家政府机构代表、科研院所及企业负责人、学术研究机构、社会组织各界嘉宾共同参加，围绕人工智能大模型应用创新，开展大模型创新算法及关键技术研究，探索通用人工智能新路径，推动"一带一路"通用人工智能可持续发展。

大会现面向国内外各界公开征集稿件。

二、投稿要求

（一）论文未曾在国内外杂志或会议上发表；

（二）稿件写作必须使用英文，并严格按照模板要求进行排版；

（三）所有论文采用网上投稿，请于2024年5月12日前将论文投至投稿系统，网址链接：https://aicon2024.casconf.cn/；

（四）论文页数要求：5-6页。

三、出版检索

本次会议征集的所有文章将由程序委员会严格审核，所有录用论文将由EI检索并收录至会议论文集，并提交IEEE Xplore在线数据库检索，挑选出的优秀论文扩充内容后可推荐至大会合作期刊Journal of Safety Science and Resilience，CAAI Transactions on Intelligence Technology等。
